Platform Rules & User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "gobet" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at gobet.vu, including all associated products, services, mobile-optimised interfaces, and content made available to registered users.
• "Player," "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the gobet platform or who accesses any part of the gobet.vu website.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered player account created upon completion of the gobet registration process, denominated in PKR.
• "Services" refers collectively to sports betting, live casino, slot gaming, card games, and all other gaming and wagering products accessible via gobet following successful login.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentive credited to a player's gobet account as part of a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and payment method verification process required by gobet before a player's first withdrawal is processed.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency of all gobet accounts.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a player, or winnings generated from real-money wagers, held in a player's gobet account and available for withdrawal subject to these terms.

By accessing, registering on, or using the gobet platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the gobet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease all use of the gobet platform and must not create or access a gobet account. Access to, or continued use of, the gobet platform following the posting of any revision to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your binding acceptance of the revised terms.

To access real-money Services on the gobet platform, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address — is truthful and accurate.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered gobet account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. gobet employs technical and manual measures to detect and prevent duplicate account creation. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gobet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings therein.

Before processing a player's first withdrawal request, gobet is required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves the submission of:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (such as a Computerised National Identity Card — CNIC — issued by NADRA, a valid Pakistani passport, or a valid driving licence);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, or bank account used);
• Proof of residential address, if requested by gobet's compliance team.

gobet reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including prior to first withdrawal, during an account review, or in connection with a specific transaction. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by gobet may result in temporary account restriction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gobet login credentials, including your registered email address and password. gobet recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number. You must notify gobet immediately via [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your gobet account.

Access to and use of the gobet platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously for the duration of your use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you access or use the gobet platform. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any gobet Service.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether placed voluntarily through gobet's responsible gaming tools or imposed by gobet — at the time of accessing or using the platform.
• Accurate information: You must have provided accurate and truthful personal information during the gobet registration process and must keep that information current and accurate at all times.

gobet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in PKR unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions, which are settled at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

• All deposits made to a gobet account must originate from a payment method that is registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are specified in the gobet cashier and are subject to change without notice.
• gobet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits credited to your gobet account are not held in a client money account and do not accrue interest.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name that has been verified through the KYC process.
• gobet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be reversed by the player within the processing window — this should be used responsibly and not as a mechanism to circumvent responsible gaming controls.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• gobet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification, fraud review, or bonus wagering requirement fulfilment.

gobet offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each individual promotion.
• Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Sports bets and live casino games may contribute at a different rate than slots. Specific contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date by which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. Unfulfilled Bonus Funds and associated wagering are forfeited upon expiry.
• Minimum odds: Sports betting bonuses may require that qualifying bets be placed at minimum stated odds. Bets placed at shorter odds will not contribute to bonus wagering requirements.
• One bonus at a time: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a gobet account at any given time. Players should read each promotion's terms before opting in.
• Bonus abuse: gobet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that a player has attempted to abuse promotional terms, including through arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or the use of multiple accounts.

The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting and Casino Gaming activities conducted via the gobet platform:

• All bets placed on the gobet sportsbook are subject to the gobet Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. These rules govern market settlement, void bet criteria, in-play betting conditions, and maximum payout limits.
• gobet reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or refuse bets at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of irregularity in the relevant sporting event, or where an error in odds has occurred.
• Bets accepted on cricket events — including PSL, international T20Is, Test matches, and ICC tournaments — are subject to the standard cricket betting rules published by gobet. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or rescheduled, the applicable rules in force at the time of bet acceptance will govern settlement.
• Maximum winnings per single bet and per day are subject to gobet's stated payout limits, which may vary by sport and market.

• All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, and card games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or live dealer infrastructure, and are audited for fairness by independent testing laboratories.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are stated within the individual game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — gobet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's account balance.
• gobet is not responsible for the outcome of game rounds that were initiated, completed, or interrupted due to factors outside gobet's reasonable control.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the gobet platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or using a gobet account whilst under the age of 21;
• Creating more than one gobet account, whether in your own name or using false, borrowed, or third-party identities;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process;
• Using the gobet platform in connection with any money laundering scheme, financial fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the gobet platform to conceal the origin of such funds;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the gobet platform in any manner not expressly authorised by gobet;
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including but not limited to poker, Teen Patti, or any other card game available on the platform;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements or gobet's risk management systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gobet staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

gobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any gobet account at any time, with or without prior notice, where gobet determines in its reasonable discretion that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player's account or associated activity presents a risk of financial crime, fraud, or money laundering;
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• A valid self-exclusion order is in place for the player;
• Regulatory requirements or directions from a competent authority require account action;
• The player has requested voluntary account closure through gobet support.

Where an account is closed by gobet for reasons unrelated to a breach by the player, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from a player's breach of these terms, gobet reserves the right to retain balances and bonuses pending investigation and resolution.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gobet support at [email protected]. Account closure requests related to responsible gaming concerns — including self-exclusion — will be processed with priority and will take effect immediately.

All content available on the gobet platform — including but not limited to the gobet brand name, logo, graphical elements, website design, software, game content (where provided by gobet's content partners), text, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of gobet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gobet platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the gobet platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any software or technology underlying the gobet platform;
• Use the gobet brand, logo, or any associated trademarks without the prior written consent of gobet;
• Create derivative works based on any content available on the gobet platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gobet's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the gobet platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of the player's Real Money Balance held in their gobet account at the time the relevant claim arises.

gobet shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from the voiding of bets or game rounds;
• Loss of data or account information resulting from events outside gobet's reasonable control;
• Interruption or unavailability of the gobet platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Any indirect or consequential losses, including financial losses arising from decisions made based on gobet's content, odds displays, or game outcomes.

gobet is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all registered Pakistani players. gobet's Responsible Gaming Policy — available in full at gobet.vu/responsible-gaming — forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

All registered gobet players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited to your gobet account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum net losses permitted within a defined period. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Controls & Reality Checks: Configure notifications that display your session duration and current session profit/loss at your chosen interval (15, 30, or 60 minutes).
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion from the gobet platform for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

gobet collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in connection with the registration, verification, and use of the platform. The collection and processing of personal data is governed by gobet's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood gobet's Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein. This includes, but is not limited to, the processing of personal data for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.

gobet uses industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect personal and financial data processed through the platform. gobet does not sell player personal data to unrelated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

gobet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material amendments are made, gobet will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on record for their account, or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login.

The updated Terms & Conditions will be published at gobet.vu/terms-conditions with an updated effective date displayed prominently at the top of the document. Your continued use of the gobet platform following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease use of the gobet platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. gobet will process such a closure request in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which gobet holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between a player and gobet, the player is encouraged to first raise the matter informally with the gobet customer support team via [email protected]. gobet commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within a reasonable timeframe and to working towards an equitable resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, players may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by gobet's licensing authority.
